Planned initial focus

What we're working toward

01 / IN DEVELOPMENT

ATP Sanitation Verification

Surface cleanliness screening intended to support sanitation checks and rapid operational feedback. ATP measurements are not direct microbial counts or pathogen tests.

02 / IN DEVELOPMENT

Environmental Indicator Testing

Microbiological indicator testing of appropriate environmental samples, with an initial focus on coliforms and Enterobacteriaceae, subject to method suitability and operational readiness.

03 / IN DEVELOPMENT

Yeast & Mold Enumeration

Culture-based enumeration for suitable environmental applications, with sample handling, reporting units, and method limitations to be defined before launch.

04 / PLANNING

On-Site Sampling Plans & Trend Reporting

A central part of our planned service: we develop a facility-specific environmental monitoring plan, visit your site to collect samples, and organize sampling locations and results to support ongoing monitoring and trend analysis.

Important: Fieldglass Laboratories expects to begin receiving samples once the laboratory is operational. Testing methods, pricing, turnaround times, and coverage will be confirmed before launch. On-site collection is part of the planned service model. Pathogen screening is a potential future phase, not a current offering.

Help us understand what matters to you.

We welcome early conversations with food safety and quality teams about monitoring frequency, sampling logistics, current pain points, and reporting preferences.

These discussions help shape the service model. They do not require a commitment.
